The Master in Industrial Automation is a training and work programme that aims to attract and select the best engineering graduates, coming from Italian and foreign universities, to specialise in the field of industrial automation. In addition, Comau hires those students with a high apprenticeship contract from day one.
The training course, taught entirely in English, consists of 540 hours of lessons in the first year and 660 hours in the second year devoted to project work within the company. Classes are taught by Comau’s best managers and professors from Politecnico di Torino. The Master is free of charge for selected students.
The close link between educational excellence and industrial reality is the winning choice for both organisations, who are asked to address the growing challenges of the global market. Additionally, the students themselves have to build a wealth of solid skills to move forward as leaders in this same, highly competitive and constantly evolving market.
This is demonstrated by the positive experience of the Master in Industrial Automation, as well as the success of Comau, a company that feels it has a social responsibility towards developing young talent, and for this reason continues to invest in their education and professional growth.
