Available with 2 or 3 announcement channels and with an optional dry contact start that allows it to work with public address and public service announcements, The Voice allows the user to configure unique messages based on day and time parameters and to link any 2 messages to play one-after the other, e.g. in different languages. Up to 9 different messages can be recorded on the system, with each message being assigned to individual or to all three lines.
The unit can be equipped with 2, 4 or 8 minutes of recording time. Each message can be recorded from a handset, downloaded from a tape deck, or recorded remotely via a touch-tone phone. The Voice can also be programmed to carry up to 20 holiday announcements that will override the standard outgoing message.
The state-of-the-art digital voice announcer has a built-in clock for time-of-day and date-stamping messages as well as a large backlit LCD that allows users to easily see the system’s status programme enabling them to quickly and simply perform system administration functions. It also has a daylight savings feature, that when activated, automatically adjusts the system time, and a non-volatile FLASH memory that retains all messages during power interruptions.
Easy to install and operate, The Voice is compatible with all major telephone systems. It is manufactured and tested by Interalia under ISO certified guidelines and is backed by a company renowned for its quality, reliability and outstanding support.
