The Edbro brand has always been synonymous with quality and customers expect the highest standards in both product and service. In line with continually meeting and surpassing these expectations, the Bolton-based manufacturer of tipping cylinders and waste handling solutions launches a new certification scheme throughout the 60-strong UK network of spares and service agents.
UK Business Development Manager, Peter Smith, explains the scheme in more detail:
“To ensure the optimum performance of all Edbro equipment we have always recommended regular servicing and maintenance. The objective of this certification scheme is to encourage users to carry out this essential servicing through our network of specially trained agents. With the largest network of its type in the UK, Edbro guarantees the supply of genuine quality parts and expert servicing advice.”
From December 2007, approved agents will now by able to supply Edbro users with a Certification of Maintenance on completion of any servicing work. This accreditation conforms to Edbro’s warranty terms and conditions and gives a written guarantee of the performance of parts and quality of service received by the customer.
In addition, a Certificate of Fitment will be issued to customers who use Edbro service agents to fit their hydraulic kits.
Edbro Service Engineer Barry Mills continues:
“Having your Edbro equipment professionally fitted and serviced by an approved agent reduces the risk of accident and increases the safety standards of the equipment. We take the safety of our customers, and anyone in contact with the equipment, very seriously and it is always our top priority when recommending servicing is carried out.”
