The Fluke 87V DMM features a large, easy-to-read display with a bright, two-level backlight and offers unmatched high performance, accuracy and diagnostic functions. It delivers accurate voltage and frequency measurements on adjustable-speed motor drives and other electrically noisy equipment.
It comes with a plug-in Fluke 80BK temperature probe, for temperatures from -40°C to +260°C, which can be used to easily check whether overheating is involved in a system breakdown without the need for another instrument.
The Fluke 87V measures to 1000V DC/AC and 10A DC/AC, with a 1000V CAT III, 600V CAT IV safety rating. It also measures resistance up to 50MΩ, capacitance to 9999μF to cover many components such as motor capacitors, and frequencies up to 200kHz.
