Conflux Technology names Dan Woodford CEO as founder Michael Fuller becomes Executive Chairman

Conflux Technology, the Melbourne-based advanced heat exchange specialist, has appointed Dan Woodford as Chief Executive Officer, with founder Michael Fuller moving into the role of full-time Executive Chairman.

Woodford, previously Chief Commercial Officer, has been credited with driving 100% annual sales growth over three consecutive years, expanding production orders and establishing Conflux’s UK operations. Fuller, who founded Conflux, will focus on governance, corporate strategy and technical direction.

“Elevating Dan Woodford to CEO builds on our international strategy and positions Conflux for its next phase of growth,” Fuller said. “As Executive Chairman, I will continue to guide our long-term strategy and ensure continuity of our technical direction.”

Woodford said he was “excited and honoured” to lead Conflux through its next stage of expansion, citing plans to broaden its international footprint and develop products for high-performance and electric vehicles, civil and defence aviation, and electronics cooling markets.

The leadership change is part of a planned strategy to support Conflux’s global growth ambitions and accelerate production of its advanced heat exchange technology.

Founded by Fuller, Conflux has grown from a bootstrapped startup into a profitable manufacturer at the forefront of thermal management, using additive manufacturing to produce scalable, high-performance heat exchangers.
