FLUX expands IND-MAX inductive encoder series

FLUX announced the expansion of its IND-MAX range of inductive angle encoders for harsh conditions with new 75 and 100mm outer diameter size options.

These additions further strengthen IND-MAX as a robust and precise solution for demanding applications across defence, aerospace, imaging, and industrial environments.

The addition of 75 and 100mm size options gives FLUX even greater flexibility to support compact and mid-sized systems, further extending the versatility of the IND-MAX product line. These new sizes are ideally suited for applications such as:

  • Stabilised platforms (land, air, and sea)
  • Camera systems and aerial observation
  • Gimbal systems for drones, surveillance, and defence
  • Aim and tracking systems for defence and security

IND-MAX encoders use proven inductive technology to deliver non-contact, wear-free measurement. This ensures long-term reliability, resistance to shock and vibration, and immunity to harsh environmental conditions.

“We designed the IND-MAX series to provide exceptional reliability and precision in the toughest environments,” said Paul Tutzu, Managing Director & Founder of FLUX. “These new sizes enable our customers to deploy IND-MAX encoders in an even broader range of critical applications where performance simply cannot be compromised.”

FLUX designs and manufactures high-performance encoders for precise position and velocity feedback within closed loop motion control systems. FLUX encoders use proven Inductive and GMI technologies ensuring maximum precision and reliability for your application.
