Lean manufacturing specialist ORGATEX will be presenting solutions for digital labelling, tracking and process support in warehouses at the SPS trade fair in Nuremberg.
The focus will be on the OX product family, comprising the e-paper label called OX-Label, OX-Spot and OX-Spot Control, as well as the OX-Button and OX-parking space sensor.
In Hall 6, Stand 328, from 24 to 26 November 2026, visitors can explore the transition from paper-based and manual processes to a networked, transparent and automated intralogistics system.
As a specialist in visual management, safety and lean management solutions, ORGATEX is exhibiting at SPS for the second time.
The focus of this year’s exhibition stand will be the digital e-paper label, OX-Label, which targets two common causes of delays in industrial environments: frequent media breaks and time-consuming searches.
OX-Label provides up-to-date order and process information directly on the container or load carrier; it is updated centrally and thus remains current even when material flows change. An integrated tracking function makes it possible to trace the position of materials and load carriers within the process. As a result, warehouse staff do not need to search for containers and load carriers as often, and manual labels do not need to be reapplied or replaced every time the process changes.
Changing LED warning symbols in warehouses
At the ORGATEX stand, visitors can see how information on OX-Label is updated in real time.
At the same time, the company is showcasing OX-Spot and OX-Spot Control, a new projection solution for workplace safety. OX-Spot projects warning symbols, safety signs or directional indicators onto floors or walls via LED.
The solution therefore complements the conventional markings in traffic-critical areas within the warehouse, for example at junctions where forklift trucks and pedestrians cross paths. With OX-Spot Control – a retrofittable, stand-alone solution – the projections can be configured offline and individually for each junction area via the mobile OX app.
In addition, ORGATEX presents OX-Button, which transfers manual notifications to digital downstream processes at the touch of a button. Employees can use it, for example, to trigger material collections or restocking, or to report a defined requirement. The manual action is converted into digital information that can be processed further down the line.
The OX-parking space sensor solution automatically detects whether a parking space is free or occupied. This provides warehouse workers with up-to-date information on available spaces without having to manually check and record occupancy.
At the SPS trade fair in Nuremberg, in Hall 6, Stand 328, specific application scenarios will demonstrate how the exhibits interact within warehouse and material flow operations. With its OX product family, ORGATEX is showcasing the gradual digitalisation and networking of intralogistics processes.
